To start with the greatest name of Almighty Allah.

Most gracious and

merciful, whose blessings are uncountable, whose being is eternal,
whose mercy is unlimited, whose provisions are un-ending, and whose
Love is our life, whose worship is our faith.
A warm good morning to all of you. Respected principal sir and hard
worker staff and My dear, lovely, loyal ,and brave students AOA
I am one of the coordinators of sir Syed house.so I would love to talk about our
group named personality called sir Syed Ahmed khan.
So on behalf of our great reformer sir syed ahmad khan , my debate is
about education and its reforms.

Sir Syed always wanted the Muslims of subcontinent to be parallel in every field
weather education or science with British. He wanted to improve Muslim’s
proficiency in English language and modern sciences. He was one of those early
pioneers who recognized the critical role of education in the empowerment of
the poor and backward Muslim community. So he founded many academic ,
Islamic and scientific institutions . Some of them I enlist (The Aligarh Institute
an organ of the Scientific Society, Madarsatul Uloom in Aligarh , Gulshan
School at Muradabad , Victoria School at Ghazipur and also founded
the Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental College, the first Muslim university in
Southern Asia after Oxford and Cambridge universities).

So on behalf of our great leader sir syed ahmad khan , my debate is about
education and its encouragement .
I’m here to provide you with a brief preparation talk to encourage and
motivate you. I want you to realize right now that you are purely capable of
greatness, abilities and achievements in education and real life because you
have the confidence, tenacity, and intelligence. Dear students remember and
do practice these points; these will always help you to become success.
 Remember The secret to success in every field is to keep working hard and
remaining focused.
 Never undervalue your abilities. You have the ability to control
your future since you are the master of your own destiny.
  Never believe someone who tells you that you can’t do something;
with determination and hard effort, you can do anything you desire.
Keep in mind that mistakes are acceptable, each person does , its
common even I do a lot. we learn from mistakes. However, what
matters are how you employ the lessons you acquire from mistakes to
advance yourself.
 Never lose hope and have faith in yourself. and I am confident that
you have what it takes to be successful.
 Always obey your parents and teachers as they are bright candles
for your destinations during darkness.
 Do say five times prayer. God help those who help themselves.
Last but not the least keep in mind that you are strong, capable, with God
gifted qualities and meant for greatness and success you can achieve
anything.
So go forth and bring it about!
