    LOCATION MEASURING 1.78HA APPROIXMATELY TO ADMINISTRATOR EXECUTOR

    Reference is made in the above capitalize matter.

    The Mbuvi Ivita land`s is currently registered in the name of Mbuvi Ivita Ilungu who passed away on the
    1st June 2015.A death certificate is hereto attached and marked “A”.

    Letter of administration vide here been granted to registrar of titles offices. A copy of the letters of
    administration is attached marked “B”

    I humbly request you to transfer the Mbuvi Ivita land`s which forms part of the estate of the late Mbuvi
    Ivita Ilungu into my name so that I can effectively deal with land for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the
    above mentioned deceased.
