Subject: AMC Renewal - Remote offer for AlEnSoft Billing Software

We refer to the ongoing AMC for ALENBILL software, We are pleased to enclose our offer for renewal
of AMC

AMC Description Revised Pricing

Remote:
AMC for AlEnSoft & network maintenance and trouble shooting
network, which includes unlimited online support (Team-viewer & Rs.45,000/-
AnyDesk) for 1 year (SEP 2023 TO AUG 2024)
SAC Code - 998319

Goods and Service Tax:

IGST @18% extra on the above mentioned prices.

Payment Terms:
100% advance against Proforma Invoice.

Scope in Remote Support:

 Unlimited telephonic & remote support will be extended.

 During any breakdown, AEPL engineer will analyse the problem and initially provide necessary
guidance to resolve the problem through telephone and remote support.
 In case the problem is not resolved through remote support, Engineer will visit the site and
rectify the problem under chargeable.

The above AMC services are only for troubleshoot of network connectivity and software, this will not
cover any hardware service or customization of reports or up-gradation of software. Apart from AMC
site visit if additional days required a sum of Rs 12,500/- will be charged extra.

 This AMC would not cover the following:

1. Any type of network hardware or meter failure will be serviced at extra cost.

2. Any type of failure or damage in the communication cable.

3. Failure of the RS-485-USB converter. In the rare event of their failure, you could intimate us. We
will bill & send you fresh pieces as required.

4. Fixing of any additional meters, or any tampering of wiring connection by your engineers during
installation of meters or any other maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting such visits will be
charged to your account.

To minimize the occurrences of such events, please ensure that any network alteration or addition is
done only under our supervision.
