Bridgestone Tire Sales’s Challenges ABVN’s Proposal

• Manual and Repetitive Tasks: The manual execution of routine tasks is
not only time-consuming but also prone to errors. This has a direct
impact on operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Resource Allocation: Valuable human resources are tied up in
performing mundane tasks, limiting their availability for more strategic
and value-added activities.
• Complex Processes: Certain processes require navigating through
multiple systems and handling vast amounts of data, leading to delays
and complexities in decision-making.
• RPA Implementation: To address the pain points highlighted, we
propose a comprehensive RPA implementation strategy:
o Identify processes ripe for automation and develop customized
RPA solutions to streamline workflows.

▪ ABeam will not charge the support fee for minor support (less than 2 hours of support time)
▪ ABeam proposes 3 options to be taken by the client for RPA’s support contract. The fee for RPA support service is a
fixed fee.

❖ The client needs to assign contact person who approve planned working hour provided by ABeam.
❖ The client needs to prepare the environment and tools for ABeam’s members to support.
❖ Communication approaches are via Email, MS Teams Meeting, Cellphone.
