▪ ABeam will not charge the support fee for minor support (less than 2 hours of support time)
▪ ABeam proposes 3 options to be taken by the client for RPA’s support contract. The fee for RPA support service is a
fixed fee.

Assumption of Estimation
❖ Minimum contract period is 3 months.
❖ Overtime will be charged if the monthly supporting hours is exceeded (Overtime hours * Overtime fee).
❖ Project member from ABeam work at ABeam’s office at HCMC and support the client remotely.
❖ The client needs to assign contact person who approve planned working hour provided by ABeam.
❖ The client needs to prepare the environment and tools for ABeam’s members to support.
❖ Communication approaches are via Email, MS Teams Meeting, Cellphone.

▪ All supporting activities by ABeam will be recorded on the working list and shared with the client
monthly to know how many hours can ABeam support the client.

▪ Processes #1, #2, and #3 will be developed in parallel by ABeam. These processes will be completed within 3 weeks
(6-month guarantee, Maximum 60 hours).
▪ ABeam will be conducting Power Automate for Desktop training for Bridgestone Tire Sales within 2 weeks.
▪ ABeam supports Bridgestone Tire Sales in developing Process #4 and #5 within 2 months.

❑ ABeam Vietnam would propose our services to support Bridgestone Tire Sales RPA implementation as below:

(Assumption of Contract)
✓ ABeam will not charge Tax for RPA Implementation as software service
✓ The Amount does not include Power Automate for Desktop license fee.
✓ RPA implementation will be conducted at only Bridgestone’s HCMC office.
✓ Changes to the project's scope, design, or timeline following sign-off will be collaboratively determined and approved by both ABeam and
Bridgestone.
✓ Changes in the scope that affect the project timeline and result by ABeam may not result in additional fees.
✓ Client shall assign project managers and relevant members for this project without delay.
✓ The project managers of client shall make decision on the projects in a timely manner.
✓ The project managers and members of client shall perform the tasks, and complete in a timely manner.
✓ All deliverables shall be created in English and Vietnamese.
✓ This estimation is valid by September 30th, 2023.

✓ RPA training will be conducted at only Bridgestone’s HCMC office. RPA support will be conducted in a hybrid manner (onsite and remote)
✓ The Amount does not include Power Automate for Desktop license fee.
✓ Changes to the project's scope, design, or timeline following sign-off will be collaboratively determined and approved by both ABeam and Bridgestone.
✓ Changes in the scope that affect the project timeline and result by ABeam may not result in additional fees.
✓ Estimation does not include workspace (network, air conditioner etc.) and environment setting fee (hardware, construction of network etc). Client shall provide
working space and network access for consultants without any charge at either of client head office.
✓ Client shall assign project managers and relevant members for this project without delay.
✓ The project managers of client shall make decision on the projects in a timely manner.
✓ The project managers and members of client shall perform the tasks, and complete in a timely manner.
✓ All deliverables shall be created in English and Vietnamese.
✓ This estimation is valid by September 30th, 2023.
