It is understood that this authority shall be exclusive for a period of sixty (60) days from this
date, subject to extension upon mutual consent. The BROKER shall register in writing the name of it
clients to whom offers were made and negotiation undertaken the BROKER will be entitled to a 5% of
the sales proceeds.
