1. Walk-in Orders
1.1 Cashier log in to POS
1.2 Customer enters the store
1.3 Cashier greet to customer
1.4 Cashier entertains the customer
1.5 Cashier guide the customers how to order
1.6 Customer select order to menu
1.7 After selecting order, customer goes to payment

2. Payment (Cashier)
1.1 Cashier compute the total cost of the order using POS
1.2 Customer ask for total orders
1.3 Cashier replied then
1.4 Customer gives payment to cashier
1.5 Cashier receives payment from customer
1.6 Cashier provides OR to the customer
1.7 Customer received OR from cashier
1.8 Customer waiting for order
1.9 Cashier hand the complete order to the kitchen staff
2.0 Cashier instruct the production team of their specification on the order

3. Production
1.1 Kitchen staff receives the customer’s order from cashier
1.2 Kitchen staff will prepare and cook the customer's order
1.3 Kitchen staff finished to cook the order
1.4 Kitchen Staff will prepare the finished customer’s order depending if dine or
take out
1.5 Kitchen staff give/pass the finish product to the cashier for checking the
items if take out

4.Serve
1.1 If the customer wants to dine in, just prepare and the order in plating
1.2 Cashier give the order to the customer if take out
1.2 Customer received the orders from cashier
1.3 Customer double check the order if complete
1.4 Say thank you to customer
1.5 Customer will leave the store
