RESOLUTION WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

MEMBER TO PROCESS THRU MRS. OMEGA I. OCTOBRE THE AMOUNT OF
( 5, 600.00 ) FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY for the SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN MEMBER MANDATORY TRAINING of Brgy. Libas,Sogod,Southern
Leyte.chargeable against SK FUND.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 28 R.A 10742, otherwise known as the SK Reform Act of
2015, all SK Officials are required to undergo the mandatory training program
before they can assume office.

WHEREAS, ALL SK OFFICIALS are required to attend the Sangguniang Kabataan

Mandatory Training ( SKMT ).

WHEREAS, SK COUNCIL there’s is a need to be independent.and to follow all rules and

responsibilities as SK OFFICIALS.

RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved, in session assembled by the SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN MEMBER ,WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN MEMBER TO PROCESS THRU MRS. OMEGA I. OCTOBRE THE AMOUNT
OF ( 5, 600.00 ) FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY for the
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MEMBER MANDATORY TRAINING of Brgy.
Libas,Sogod,Southern Leyte.chargeable against SK FUND.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Office Concerned for
information and appropriation.
