SEEKING POSITION: Chief Mate - 2nd Officer

I first started as a Captain back in 2010, in St Tropez driving an 11m taxi-boat during 3 seasons.
Since then, I had the opportunity to work on different boats, different sizes, private and charter. Working 1,5
years in MonacoMarine La Ciotat Shipyard as engineer, allowed me to improve my skills and gave me a big
interest to the Engine room. As well, thanks to M/Y Kolaha, I took painting courses to have a proper
knowledge of how to use a spray gun. As a diver, I would love to share my passion with guests and crew
anytime. I find myself an active and enthusiastic personnality, who can adapte to any team. Hardworker,
detail oriented, with strong work ethic. Not only I have a 10 years experience now but I’m always eager to
learn from all the crew. My last yacht El Leon gave me a strong experience as 2nd Officer with a worldwide
tour itinary. Over 35 000 NM ! Loved it.

Duties: Owners on board, french deck team but english spoken on UHF, in charge of the foredeck for
maneuvers. Small maintenance on both tenders, worked on lines with the deckhands, teached new
deckhand how to proceed during maneuvering. Basic maintencance, setting up the boat. Jet tender

Position : Mate/Engineer
Itinerary: North Norway – Tromso - Spitzberg - Svalbard

Duties: Polar expedition vessel from 1954, in Tromsø, Norway. Bridge watches with fog/snow conditions,
fjords... Driving an aluminium tender landing directly on the coast. Engine from 1953 so a quite good
maintenance to do, as well on generators. Then heading to Svalbard/Spitzberg for wildlife charters
observations. Beautiful.

Itinerary: Mediterranean, Greece, Tunisia, Gilbraltar

Duties: Responsable of foredeck maneuvering, responsable of water-toys ( jetski, seabob, diving

equipments). Bridgewatches, and engine watches. Winter 2015, we sand all the teak, Winter 2016, boat is
going for a new paint, we managed to dismount and remount propely all pieces (inox, doors, lockers,
panels...) from the boat, with shipyard congratulations. 1st crew to ever accomplish this in La Ciotat. Good
knowledge in Boero paint with spray-gun. Flyboard driver for owner's son. Good skills in maneuvring both
tenders.
