 Important Terms & Conditions:

 This Corporate Rate Agreement nullifies all previous rate agreements.

 The above-mentioned rates are non- commissionable.
 These rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast.
 The above special rates are subject to applicable Government taxes.
 The room rates are on a Non-Last Room Availability Basis (NLRA).
 The above room rates will not be valid during special occasions or National / International events, rates for
that period will be communicated in advance.
 Please note that special rates will only apply when the reservation originates in writing on the official letter
head. Any direct reservations by the guests or through a travel agent not mentioning the company name shall
not be entitled to these special rates and no adjustment can be made.
 Check-in time is 1400hrs & Check-out time is 1200 hrs. Arrivals, early morning or prior to check-in time
room will be held from previous night and will be charged accordingly.
 Requests for late check-out can be extended till 1500hrs (subject to availability) after that will be charged
accordingly as per hotel policy.
 Guaranteed reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival, failing which first night no-show charges
will be applied. For non-guaranteed booking room can be held till 1700 hours only, after which the booking
shall be released automatically.
 All invoices must be settled before checkout unless prior credit arrangements are pre-approved.
 In case of NO-SHOW against confirmed reservations one-night charges will be charged at agreed rates.
 Royal Swiss Lahore reserves the right to change the rate or withdraw any of the facilities without prior notice.
 Room rates for Seminars, Conferences or Block Bookings for more than 15 rooms will be quoted on
a case-to-case basis and may vary from the above special rates.
 The above rates shall not be valid during any Expo / conference / Event at the hotel / City.
 The above rates are valid from 01st January 2024 till 31st December 2024

Credit Arrangement:
This Corporate Rate Agreement does not automatically provide credit facilities to your company. However, should
your company require a credit facility, please contact our Sales Department or Credit Manager for details.
