I. Objectives
Content Standard:
The learner demonstrates understanding of how world literature and other text types serve a source of
wisdom in expressing and resolving conflicts among individuals, groups, and nature; and also how to use
evaluating reading, listening and viewing strategies, special speeches for occasion, pronouns and
structures of modification.
Performance Standard:
The learner skillfully delivers speech for a special occasion through utilizing effective verbal and
nonverbal strategies and ICT resources.
MELC:
Use correct and appropriate multi-media resources when orally giving information, instructions, making
explanations and narrating events in personal or factual recounts. (EN70L-IV-e-3.10)
