Application Detail: This is regarding BHA Complaint Type
MILLENNIUM TOWERS which is
situated at Plot no. B-917, Sector-62,
Noida, pincode: 201301. Extortion of
funds in the name of illegally formed
RWA i.e. BHA RESIDENT FORUM is
being done claiming maintainence and
day to day expenditure including staff
salaries. As per laid laws this expenditure
can only be incurred through the main
governing body namely BSES HOUSING
ASSOCIATION. Annual general meeting
of BSES HOUSING ASSOCIATION has
not taken place from several years in the
past. No circular ever moved within the
society to the membersowners bear any
sort of registration number and also the
status of registration of the Apartment
Owners Association is a mystery in itself.
Arbitrary rules are made by a few
members who now claim to be just
RESIDENTS tho in the past they were
office bearers for years almost more than
17 years. Namely the key conspirators
being responsible for this unlawful totally
undemocratic way of functioning are as

facie it seems that BHA RESIDENT
FORUM was formed with the malicious
intention to evade audit and
accountability of this Co-operative group
housing society. To divide the financial
process which falls under the main
governing body namely BSES HOUSING
ASSOCIATION to BHA RESIDENT
FORUM by the above mentioned office
bearers is completely unlawful as per the
norms of the administration. This is a
serious offense in regarding functioning
of a co-operative group housing society.
Details of accounts are all messed up
and no vouchers, passbooks, bank
statements are available for verification.
Access to office for members is also an
issue, neither the office is established in
a proper manner nor the office bearers
are available for resolution and scrutiny
of any accounts and issues. But in the
guise of residents only a few members
are controlling the society as per their
personal whims and fancies. Minutes of
Annual general meeting as per schedule
is not available. It should be ensured that
the registration process of the Apartment
Owners Association should be confirmed
and the registration number of the same
should be made available to the
membersowners so that a lawful process
to adopt and enforce rules regulations
can be done. By this all illegal activities
presently been practiced would be
checked and proper format of society
working as per applicable by-laws will be
enforced. The whattsapp group of the
society highlights major financial
anomalies and it seems that clear
violation of laws is taking place within this
Co-operative group housing society. To
protect the rights of all 70 members it is
therefore required for the administration
to act and ensure that by-laws are
applied to this society with full effect at
the earliest. This process will further aid
to streamline the working of society,
keeping the concerns of all
membersowners on priority and ensuring
equal rights and facilities to all members.
Immediate intervention of the state
authorities is solicited so that all unlawful
practices presently being adopted by the
culprits are checked and guilty should be
brought to book so as to ensure smooth
lawful functioning keeping in view the
rights of all 70 membersowners of this
Co-operative group housing society.
