Greetings!

Kindly be informed that we are celebrating our Founder’s Day on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
We sincerely hope that you will grace the occasion, as your presence would be a source of
encouragement for your ward. Children have put in a lot of hard work and enthusiastically practicing
for this special day. Renound actor Mr. Rahul Bose is the chief guest for the occasion.
Kindly find attached below the schedule to be followed on Wednesday, December 13 & Thursday,
December 14, 2023.
Wednesday, December 13, 2023
Arrival
1. Students participating in Orchestra and Exhibition to report in school at 11:00 am sharp. Bus
students to reach the bus stop accordingly.
2. Students participating in Prize Distribution, Drama and Dance and volunteers to reach school
at 3:00 pm sharp.
3. Buses will ply for the bus students.
4. Students must bring their tiffins, water bottle and I’ Card.

Dispersal
1. Kindly pick your ward as per schedule given:

a) Exhibition, Orchestra students to be picked up at 5:30 pm.

b) Dispersal of participants of Play and Dance and Volunteers will be at 8:00 pm. Parents to
pick up their wards.
c) Also, while parking your car, please do not put the hand brake and if at all the car is parked
at the wrong place, leave the keys with the security guard. Also, leave your mobile number
on the car dashboard.
d) To ensure safe dispersal, parents are requested to carry their I-cards and pick up from
respective venues.

Venue for the dispersal is attached for your reference.

FOR SECURITY REASONS IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU STICK TO THE SCHEDULE.

Thursday, December 14, 2023
Arrival
1. Students to reach school by 1:30 pm. Bus students to reach the bus stop accordingly.
2. They must wear their costumes neatly ironed and come to school. (Ensure they wear warm
inners under the costumes).
 3. They must carry snacks in their tiffin and a water bottle (Snack boxes will also be provided to
children from the school)
4. Costumes need to be returned to the respective teacher in charge after the function is over. Each
child must carry his/ her school uniform as change.

Dispersal
1. To avoid chaos, school has arranged for a “PARKING AREA” just in the vicinity of the
school. The map of the Parking area is attached along with the circular. Thus kindly park
your car there. Shuttle services will be provided from parking area till school.

2. For smooth dispersal of the participants, different venues have been allocated to the
students. Parent to check the boards in front of Gate 1 and Gate 5 to reach the venues listed
below to pick their children only after the function is over and when the compere begins
the dispersal announcement.

NO PARENT IS ALLOWED TO TAKE THEIR CHILDREN BEFORE THE SHOW

IS OVER SO KINDLY DO NOT INSIST AS IT BECOMES DIFFICULT FOR US
AND CREATES UNNECESSARY CHAOS.

Please Note:

1. Children will be handed to the parents only once the entire function is over.
2. Founder’s Day program is exclusively for the Parents so you are requested not to bring your
children as seats are reserved for parents only.
3. Please carry your invitation card for the entry, which is important for security reasons. Each
invite allows entry to two people (Invites will be handed over to the kids by Tuesday).
4. Program will begin at 4:00 pm sharp thus please be seated by 3:45 pm as the seating is on
first come first basis.
5. Program is approximately for three and a half hours, thus kindly be seated and wait for the
compere to announce the dispersal of the students.
Your cooperation will surely help us in making the Founder’s Day Function a great success.
