I was gleeful to host our #RSM Mr. Ahsan Akbar in Mian Channu and Chichawatni along with my
#ASM #Salman Niazi. We visited some top end outlets, and I must say I was captivated by sir Ahsan's
positive energy and his way to look into business from another angle. Efforts of my daily sales force
have been appreciated as it was evident from the availability, visibility and accessibility of our major
brands and key future pillars in the trade.
Moreover, discussions have been done to cater economical external factors and its effects on the
brand pull. Strategies have been aligned to sustain our KPI performances and explore the
opportunity areas to win in trade completely.

Multan Region was delighted to host ZSM-C Omer Javed Sheikh for a two-day visit. The idea was to
get some trade insights on competitive landscape, connect with team to reflect more on “Talent
Development & Growth” and to visit upgraded warehouse premises. The highlight of the visit was as
follows;

🔷First day started with regional business update by our RSM Ahsan Akbar with guiding inputs from
ZSM. Furthermore, key achievements of 2023 were appreciated and we aligned 2024 business
strategy. This was followed by a team lunch and a trade visit of Multan City. What made it more
special was it helped me to look things from a management lens. Later, we had a glance at trade to
understand the change in trends in different categories and how it is affecting our LMB. Moreover, it
helped us gain key industry insights.

🔷 For day two, we planned our inaugural ceremony of upgraded warehouses at our project star
Towns (DG Khan/ Muzaffargarh). The firsthand insights gained during the visit have fine-tuned our
strategy for success. From strategic channels to seamless stock supply, we're set to make a significant
impact. Cheers to a new chapter of growth!
