Real Estate, its meaning and transfer by sale, lease and exchange , encumbrances on estate including mortgage and charge
, kinds of mortgage , Codification of Real Estate Law (Real Estate Regulatory Development bill,2013)
Module II: Registration and Stamp Duty 20%

Registration of real estate , effect of non-registration ,stamp duties , cancellation of stamps , effect of deficient stamping
,and remedy , Development Agreement etc, execution of real estate documents at different places , place of suing
Module III: Land & Revenue Laws 20%
Land classification, land records, mutation, land use and conversion, Transfer of free hold and lease hold, restrictive
covenants and prohibition regarding transfer , ownership by prescription , Authorities under land laws . Title search &
Due Diligence, Laws applicable to apartment owners
Module IV: Land Acquisition , Development and Clearances 20%

Land acquisition laws , Developmental laws including town plan , master plan etc, developmental Authorities ,
Apartment ownership, rights and transferability ,easements , land/construction clearances especially involving
environment ,disaster safety clearances , concepts of covered area , carpet area and set back
Module V Regulatory Mechanism (Newly Added) 20%
Regulatory mechanism under the law especially under Real Estate Law r/w Bankruptcy Laws.
