LEASE AGREEMEN Arifa Farhan
Whereas the lessor is absolute owner of House No.139, Street No.36, Sector G-
8/2, Islamabad rented out the (Ground Portion) of the said House to the lessee and the
lessee has also agreed to take this lease on the following terms and conditions.
THAT the period of this lease has been fixed initially for one (1) years, with
effect from 01.03.2012 to 28-02-2013.
THAT the monthly rent of the said premises has been fixed at Rs.18, 000/-
(Rupees Eighteen Thousand only). And the lessee will pay the rent before the 5 th day of
each month.
THAT the Lessor has already received from the Lessee Rs.15,000/- (Rupees
Fifteen Thousand only) as security, which will be refundable at the time of vacation,
after clearance all dues.
THAT after the expiry of this lease agreement a fresh agreement made between
these two parties by mutual understanding then the rent will be increased by 10% with
new terms and conditions.
1. THAT the lessee shall enjoy quiet and peaceful possession of the premises leased
without disturbances by the Lessor or any assignee.
2. THAT if the lessor wants to get vacated the said premises, then the lessor will
serve one month advance notice to the lessee.
3. That the lessor shall pay all taxes against the leased premises.
4. THAT if the lessee wants to install telephone connection in the said premises at
his own cost and expenses, then the Lessor will have no objection. The telephone
bills will be paid by the lessee.

THE LESSEE HEREBY CONVENANTS WITH THE LESSOR AS FOLLOWS:-
1. THAT during the period of lease, the lessee shall pay all charges of electricity,
gas water and telephone of the said premises. The lessee will be responsible to
show the receipt of paid bills of electricity, gas, water and telephone to the Lessor
after each month.
2. THAT not to demolish or damage the premises or remove any installation during
the said period of lease, nor shall the lessee without the prior consent of the lessor,
makes any structural alterations or additions to the premises.
3. THAT to permit the Lessor or his/her/their/its agent to inspect the premises at any
reasonable time of the day.
4. THAT to keep and maintain the premises in good order and condition, to look
after the premises with responsible care and caution and be responsible for any
damage caused by lessee or his/her/their/its servants, except that due to wear and
tear.
6. THAT not to assign or sublet the premises in any case. The Lessee is not allowed
to give the said premises or any part thereof to anybody else, against any
goodwill/pagri.
8. That in case of Lessor wants to dispose off/sell the said premises, the lessee will
have no objection.
9. That if the lessee wishes to vacate the said premises, then the Lessee will serve
one month’s notice to the lessor.
10. THAT in case any of the above mentioned clauses are violated by the lessee the
lessor shall have the full right to put an end to this agreement and ask the lessee to
vacate the premises and in this case the lessee will be responsible to hand over its
peaceful possession to the lessor within fifteen days.

deed in the presence of the witnesses.

LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease Agreement is made at Islamabad on this 21 st day of November 2014
between ARIFA FARHAN WIFE OF FARHAN SAIF Resident of House No.139,
Street No.36, Sector G-8/2, Islamabad, hereinafter called the “Lessor” (which expression
where the context so admit shall include and mean her heirs, assignees, executors,
successors, administrators and legal representatives) of the one Part.
AND
AAMIR SHEHZAD SON OF FAZLI RABBI, Resident of House No.117,
Street No.3, Phase-III, Sector K-4, Hayatabad, Peshawar (which expression where the
context so admit shall include and mean his heirs, assignees, executors, successors,
administrators and legal representatives) of the another Part.
Whereas the lessor is absolute owner of House No.139, Street No.36, Sector G-
8/2, Islamabad rented out the (Ground Floor ‘which does not include Car Porch’) of the
said House to the lessee and the lessee has also agreed to take this lease on the following
terms and conditions.
THAT the period of this lease has been fixed initially for One (1) years, with
effect from 21-11-2014 to 20-10-2015.
THAT the monthly rent of the said premises has been fixed at Rs.33,000/-
(Rupees Thirty Three Thousand only). And the lessee will pay the rent before the 5 th day
of each month.
THAT the Lessor has already received from the Lessee Rs.66,000/- (Rupees Sixty
Six Thousand only) as Two Months Security, which will be refundable at the time of
vacation, after clearance all dues and Rs.66,000/- (Rupees Sixty Six Thousand only) as
Two months advance rent.
THAT after the expiry of this lease agreement a fresh agreement made between
these two parties by mutual understanding then the rent will be increased by 10% with
new terms and conditions.
1. THAT the lessee shall enjoy quiet and peaceful possession of the premises leased

Street No.36, Sector G-8/2, Islamabad, hereinafter called the “Lessor” (which expression
where the context so admit shall include and mean her heirs, assignees, executors,
successors, administrators and legal representatives) of the one Part.
AND
AAMIR SHEHZAD SON OF FAZLI RABBI, Resident of House No.117,
Street No.3, Phase-III, Sector K-4, Hayatabad, Peshawar, Presently residing in House
No.139, Street No.36, Sector G-8/2, Islamabad, (which expression where the context so
admit shall include and mean his heirs, assignees, executors, successors, administrators
and legal representatives) of the another Part.
Whereas the lessor is absolute owner of House No.139, Street No.36, Sector G-
8/2, Islamabad rented out the (Ground Floor ‘which does not include Car Porch’) of the
said House to the lessee and the lessee has also agreed to take this lease on the following
terms and conditions.
THAT the period of this lease has been fixed for One (1) year, with effect from
21-11-2015 to 20-11-2016.
THAT this lease agreement is the continuation of the previous lease agreement,
and now the monthly rent of the said premises is Rs.36,300/- (Rupees Thirty Six
Thousand and three hundred only) after 10% annual increment. And the lessee will pay
the rent before the 5th day of each month.
THAT the Lessor has already received from the Lessee Rs.66,000/- (Rupees Sixty
Six Thousand only) as Two Months Security as mentioned in the initial lease agreement,
which will be refundable at the time of vacation.
THAT after the expiry of this lease agreement a fresh agreement made between
these two parties by mutual understanding then the rent will be increased by 10% with
new terms and conditions.

the said House to the lessee and the lessee has also agreed to take this lease on the
following terms and conditions.

01-12-2017 to 30-11-2018.
THAT this lease agreement is the continuation of the previous lease agreement,
and now the monthly rent of the said premises is Rs.39,500/- (Rupees Thirty Nine
Thousand and Five hundred only) after 10% annual increment. And the lessee will pay
the rent before the 5th day of each month.
THAT the Lessor has already received from the Lessee Rs.66,000/- (Rupees Sixty
Six Thousand only) as Two Months Security as mentioned in the initial lease agreement,
which will be refundable at the time of vacation.
