Service, do here by solemnly affirm and declare as follows. -

1. That I am the permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth

2. That at present, I intend to visit to beautiful country CANADA

3. This is to mention that I am vaccinated of COVIED-19

4. That I have strong family, social and economic ties in Bangladesh.

5. That I hereby unequivocally undertake and guarantee to finance all my visit and living
expenses during my visit period in Canada As evidence of my sufficient solvency and
capability to support me financially during the entire visit period of stay in Canada,
Bank Certificates along with Bank Statements from my Banks and valuation
certificate of immovable properties/assets, duly certified by authorized
officials/persons are enclosed here with in favour of kind perusal.

6. That in support of my financial capability and responsibility for me to complete my

visit in Canada, I solemnly affirm and undertake that I possess the following
immovable and movable assets which are free from all encumbrances and which are
saleable, transferable and convertible as and when it will be necessary.

7. That I am financially sound solvent enough and assure to meet and provide all
expenditure to be incurred in connection with my visit in Canada. I intend to detail my
financial position as follows:

positively come back to our native land, Bangladesh just after completion of our visit
in Canada at my own expenses/ arrangement and under any circumstances I shall not
claim any compensation to the government of the Canada or Bangladesh.
