 The idea of the TODA PH was proposed by Isaiah Rivera who aimed to create an online
platform that supports tricycle drivers and its commuters. In this generation, transportation greatly
affects our daily lives. In many cities, such as the General Santos City of the Philippines, tricycle
is one of the popular modes of transportation, most especially for those who do not have their own
vehicle or simply for the commuters. The idea was inspired by the convenience and safety offered
by the Grab and Uber rides. Given that most of the commuters here in General Santos City prefer
riding tricycle, the group have decided to go on with the idea of Mr. Rivera and develop features
that would make it more reliable. The group have interviewed some drivers and passengers in
Barangay Calumpang regarding their experience in public transportation. For drivers, most of them
said that being a driver needs to be more patient as they often waste fuels and their energy roaming
around to look for passengers. On the other hand, for the viewpoint of the passengers, they need a
transparent and consistent pricing that will allow them to avoid overpricing.
The interview was then followed by the discussion of the group members, and consultation
with the adviser and after that, an estimate of 95% of the original business idea was implemented
in the present business proposal.

TodaPH aids some problems of the commuters in terms of lack in security,
uncertainty in fare, and struggle in finding transportation especially in rush hours. This
doesn't only focus on commuters but also prioritizes the hardships of drivers in looking for
commuters, in earning money and saving time. TodaPH is not just an application, it's a
hope for drivers and convenience for commuters.

Toda PH is an innovative platform which allows both commuters and drivers to
benefit from it. It helps the commuters to have a hassle-free ride and this also allows drivers
to save their time and fuel from roaming around. This app involves numbers and statistics
of how effective the app has been to the users. More importantly, this allows users to send
feedbacks to further improve the app. These metrics provide valuable insights into the
effectiveness and efficiency of the app's services. By analyzing data such as driver
availability, and customer satisfaction ratings, the platform can continually improve its
operations and enhance the overall experience for both commuters and drivers.

Toda PH is an application that helps passengers to smoothly book their rides and
also help drivers to easily monitor if there are passengers waiting for them. It provides
 features that can easily manage and track the earnings and status availability for the driver
side, which also allows for better control and optimization of their time and resources. And
for the commuters, Toda PH offers a seamless booking system that allows them to easily
request rides with just a few taps on their smartphones. Through the app, passengers can
input their pick-up and drop-off locations, and conveniently track the arrival and progress
of their assigned driver. The app also provides the added security of driver identification,
ensuring that passengers know who will be picking them up.

Isaiah M. Rivera: 90%

Toda PH is a ride-sharing app that aims to aid problems of both drivers and
commuter in terms of looking for passengers and booking a ride. The proposed innovation
will pave a way to create a more systematic way of commuting and make the life of drivers
and passengers easier. Unlike the traditional system where drivers roam around to look for
passengers, which costs them time and fuel, and for commuters who struggle from
overpricing, discrimination and long waiting time for ride, Toda PH will bring their
struggles to end as we will provide them a platform to connect. We'll provide a system
where all drivers are licensed and commuters are able to know their names through their
profiles and vice versa. Toda PH provides a safe, hustle free and effortless way of
commuting.

ICEBOX call for application for incubation is an opportunity for each and every
one of us. Participating in this program would not only enhance our existing ideas but also provide
a platform to explore new experiences and gain valuable learnings. Regrettably, our availability in
the upcoming months poses a challenge that may hinder our ability to fully engage in the
incubation process.
Each member of our group currently has prior commitments and engagements that coincide
with the timeline of the program. Considering the significant time and effort required for the
incubation of our proposed idea, it is essential to ensure our undivided attention and dedication to
make the most of this opportunity.
While we are genuinely excited about the program and acknowledge the potential benefits
it offers, we must make a responsible decision based on our current circumstances. We believe that
fully committing ourselves to the incubation process would yield the best outcomes, and
unfortunately, our busy schedules would not allow us to do so effectively at this time.
