Renovating the existing All Day Dining Restaurant into a

relaxed Mediterranean inspired restaurant. Creating a real
feature of the food offer by making a star of the woodfired
pizza oven and live cook elements. Calming blue tones,
decorative screens and textured finishes are featured
throughout. A bright and airy terrace creates a beautiful
place to relax and enjoy a meal or coffee.

Interior Design Direction

Deep blue tiles which evoke the hues of the Mediterranean, are combined of rustic, industrial finishes along with olive trees bringing natural
subdued greens and greys to the scheme
Deep glazed tiles give the feeling of water, screens of natural timbers and various other finishes play with the light while the vaulted ceiling
creates an interesting feature overhead. Rich antique tan and brown leathers bring a hint of luxury to the space. Plentiful incorporation of
planters brings life and pops of green creating a relaxing ambiance.
Live cook station, wood fired oven, hot buffet, salad butcher give the guest a wide and exciting selection of food choices. Layering of finishes
and textural counters bringing in some Andalusian Mediterranean influence. The food is the real star here, so the woodfired oven is made a
hero of the space. Pops of pattern appear on the floor and shelving units.

Inspired by Mediterranean Kitchens and designed to feel eclectic and as though it has been built up over time. Contrasting and complimenting
finishes Live timber tabletop which operates as a buffet in the morning and converts to a communal table in the evening using wall hung
chairs.

Terrace Narrative
Inspired by a Mediterranean Courtyard, calm relaxing with pops of

colour to draw the eye. THE place to be in the cooler months with a
Juice bar and BBQ area is the perfect place to spend a beautiful
afternoon with friends and family.
Terrace Design Direction

Terracotta planters and olive trees for a true Mediterranean feel. Natural stacked stone feature wall with wayfinding or Logo placement.
Pergola structures for shade. Comfortable neutral coloured furniture with pops of pattern and colour. Juice Bar and Gaucho Grill activate the
space whilst ‘garage’ style doors link the indoors to the terrace during pleasant weather.
