We are proud to introduce our firm of seasoned, experienced, astute and well networked
partners. We operate out of three offices in Gurgaon one each on/in, Sohna Road, DLF-4 and
Nirvana Country.

Brief profile of partners:

1. Arun Chhabra – he has vast experience of having worked the Gurgaon market from
as early as the 1980s. He is very well networked and has a long list of loyal investors.
His mild mannered approach to selling goes very well with seasoned investors who
invest regularly in this market.

2. Salil Kapoor – holds a Charter in Marketing and has worked in international markets.
He has an astute understanding of the consumer-decision-making-process and has
built a sales-system around that understanding. With his vast experience of Sales and
of satisfying the needs of UHNI clients, he is a valuable resource for personal selling.
He has also delivered lectures on Real Estate Sales at NAREDCO.

3. Sachin Chhabra – has worked for at least 10 years in the residential vertical in
Gurgaon and has performed miraculously even during times of recession. His
felicitation from Tatas (during the time when they were struggling with sales of their
first project in this market – Raisina Residency) and from other developers especially
during the time when these firms were trying to get a foothold in the market, speaks
volumes of his calibre.

4. Gaurav Bajaj – has worked hard to establish himself as a subtle realtor. His success
with Spaze and with other developers (especially in the mid-premium segment) makes
him a valuable resource for our company. His network and vast knowledge of projects
and geography are very handy.

sales channel-partners, holding dedicated inventory?

1. We can quickly build a well-trained team of hungry sales people, who will be
dedicated to selling your product.
2. We will sell your product on its MERITS unlike other firms who fail to show the
“connect” between the need (of the buyer) and the attributes (of your product). This
shall curb cognitive dissonance, which will help your firm to sell future projects at
even better realisations.
3. We will dedicate 3-7 sales people to sell ONLY your product. We will give them all
resources in terms of generating NEW leads, utilising old ones, incentives and
continuous training.
4. We can dedicate one of OUR offices as an extension of your sales-office, where you
can install relevant marketing communication material and can also advertise that as
YOUR location for as long as the MoU/Contract is in force.
