Traffic Act to operate a Hackney Carriage Service within the Area hereinafter described subject to the Conditions set
out hereunder and is authorised to use the following one 2018 TOYOTA PROBOX approved vehicle in the

CONDITIONS

1. The approved schedule of fares shall be conspicuously exhibited in the carriage.

2. In the event of any change in the Registration number of any vehicle operated hereunder this licence shall forthwith be
returned for the necessary amendment.
3. This taxi may not stand or ply for hire in any Area other than that prescribed above.
4. The total seating accommodation of the vehicle shall be five including the driver of the vehicle.
5. During the period that the vehicle is hired, no other person shall be taken up or set down along the
6. The Licensee shall ensure that at all times the said approved motor vehicle, while operating (carrying passengers for
hire or reward) is driven by a person who is the holder of a valid Transport Authority Driver's badge.
7. A Taxi sign of the shape and dimensions approved by the Authority bearing the word "TAXI" must be fitted to the roof of
the vehicle.
8. A colour coded checkered strip of the size and dimensions approved by the Authority must be fitted to both sides of the
vehicle.
9. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the Transport Authority exercising its powers, which may include
suspension, revocation or non-renewal of the Road Licence.
10. The vehicle which is the subject of this licence, shall at all times be fitted with an active, functional Electronic Fleet
Management System (tracking device). This device shall remain fitted to said vehicle and functional, unless and until
this license has been surrendered or transferred to another Public Passenger Vehicle with the approval of the Authority.
11. The licensee or agent of the licensee shall ensure access by the Authority to the Electronic Fleet Management
Information as required by the Authority from time to time, with the proviso that the information provided shall cover a
 minimum of thirty days immediately preceding the date of the request.
12. The Transport Authority may from time to time vary in such manner as the Authority may deem fit the conditions
attached to this road licence.

TAXIS

For first one-third of a mile or part thereof ... $234.38c

For each additional one third of a mile or part thereof ... $46.88c
For each waiting period of four minutes... $24.00c
For a journey ending between 12 midnight and 5:00 a.m... The amount recorded on the taxi meter
in respect of that journey plus 25% of
the amount so recorded.

This Licence and Schedule of fares continue in force until 31st day of March, 2024 and no longer. Dated at 107 Maxfield
