I have observed that there are some students that are behind in the lesson.
One of the reason is they are irregular to attend class.
I need to motivate them to go to school everyday and they need to be
success for their future. Education is the key to success and this is the only
endless treasure that people have.

Plan for action

I need to motivate them everyday and also I will make my class interactive
using newest platform so that my students are inspired to participate in
class.
An interactive learning materials so that they will get fun and at the same
time they are learning.
It takes time because we all know that using authentic tools has many
features that we need to learn.
It is need to attend a seminar so that I can learn well on how to use
interactive tool to my students.
The material I need is technology like laptop, cellphone, IPod, tablet and
others.
Yes, because the methods, participant, data collection and time table I used
is appropriate for my action research.

My plan is to use an interactive type of teaching so that my students are

inspired to go to school because they enjoy the discussion. This is to
motivate students to go to school regularly because education is very
important. This will help me also to deliver my lesson to my students using
an interactive tool like using apps or cites in internet. We all know that
students are more engage on discussion when teacher use unique
strategies to deliver its lesson. My goal is they will enjoy the discussion
while they are learning.

Reflect

It is exciting because as a future teacher, this will serve to me as stepping

stone. I have already an Idea on how to solve common problems in a
classroom.
Planning is the best knowledge, skill and attitude I have implemented. In
writing an action research, planning is very important because this is for
the goodness of the learning process of the students and also the teachers.
I still need an improvement in critical thinking skill. In writing an action plan,
it is not easy you need to think a great intervention that you can produce in
your research so that thinking skills is included.
