Subject: Request for the Substitution of Class Representator

Respected Sir,

We, 3rd-semester Software Engineering students, are writing to express our concerns about our Class
Representative, Danial Waris, and request his replacement. The current Class Representative's behavior
does not align with the expected qualities and responsibilities for the role. Our concerns include:

1. Gender Bias: He displays gender bias, creating inequalities between male and female students,
contradicting fairness and equality principles.

2. Lack of Cooperation: He lacks cooperation, negatively impacting our class dynamics and the
liaison between students and faculty.

3. Gossip and Disruption: He fosters a disruptive atmosphere with gossip and discord, which
hinders our learning environment.

4. Conflict Provocation: He provokes conflicts, leading to disharmony among students.

5. Student Discomfort: Many students feel uncomfortable with him as our representative,
hampering communication and trust.

6. Personalization of Minor Issues: He takes minor issues personally, leading to unnecessary

tension.

We kindly request the department to consider selecting a new Class Representative who embodies
fairness, impartiality, cooperation, and unity. And if you’ll make the new Class Representator on our
choice then we want Ahamd Deen as our new Class Representator because his previous records, class
cooperations and behaviors had proved that he has the ability to take the responsibility of True Class
Representator.
