Q: Good afternoon. My name's Quynh, can I help you?

C: Hi, I'd like to book a short break in England, I'm looking for the hotel in
there.
Q: Anywhere in particular?
C: Yes. London, if possible. I've been looking at some of your advertising.
Q: Oh, right. Let's have a look and see what we've got. Can you just give me some
details that you're looking for?
C: I wanted somewhere nice, but not too expensive, it can be near by the centre,
and the most important is about noise. I hate noisy
Q: I have 3 options for you.
1. First, The blue arrow hotel: this's popular with bussiness travellers. this
hotel is in a quiet area just outside the city.
I think there're so quite cheap
Because in quite area, you don't worry about noise around there
But it's the main reason that hotel is the furthest
About the facilities: air conditioning, wifi, free parking, 24-hour reception
C: Oh, that sound good. And what's the next one?
Q:
2. Next, the embassy hotel: a five-star hotel in the centre of town, close to the
business centre and great shopping areas.
It's five-star hotel so it has a highly price
some time it has little bit noise, but not significantly
fully facilities
and the main attraction is the large swimming pool, spa, room service, restaurant
C: I'm just jotting down some notes.
Q: the last, homestyle bed & breakfast: this is a cheap option if you want to stay
in the centre of town, it's the closest. it's basic and inexpensive
But it's so noisy. I think you can hardly be there.
Breakfast included, wifi, free maps
C: it's hard for me
Q: In my opinion, I recommend you stay at the blue arrow hotel, it's quite
reasonable with your plan
C: Oh right, thanks for your help
