SUBJECT: NATIONAL SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS WORKSHOP – JANUARY 2024

1. The National Sunday School Committee kindly invites the underlisted stakeholders to
attend the National Sunday School Teachers’ Workshop, whose details are as follows:

• Members of the Teaching Team
• Members of the RCCs
• Sunday School Teachers
• Parents
• Local Church Leadership
• Pastors and their wives
• Sunday School Organisers
• Sunday School Supporters

Date: 26 to 28 January 2024

Venue: Peace Centre – Thaba Nchu

Workshop Theme: Handling and skilfully teaching of the Word of Truth

2. Regional Secretaries are requested to email Regional Reports before the Workshop to
nontatudumalisile@gmail.com and include the following information:

1) Number of Local Assemblies

2) Number of Organizers
3) Number of Teachers
4) Number of Children
5) Examination Reports

3. Registration fee for the Workshop is R400-00

4. Kindly note that the term of office for the current National Sunday School Committee will
expire in January 2024 and new National Sunday School Committee will be elected during
the Workshop. Each Region is requested to send the following nominees:
1) One Organiser for the National Organizers’ Forum
2) One Committee member for the National Sunday School Committee
3) One Curriculum Committee member who must be a teacher by profession.
4) One Examination Committee member who must also be a teacher by profession.
