DECEMBER CONVENTION REGISTRATION FEE

Warm Christian greetings

Subsequent to Circular 34 of 2023, please take note of the following

additional information:

1. The Convention Registration Fee is R400-00 and R200-00 for adults and
children under 13 years respectively.

1) Pre-registration is encouraged to avoid handling of cash at the

Convention.
2) Bank details to which pre-registration can be paid to are:

Reference: Your name and surname.
3) Please bring and produce your proof of payment at the Registration
desk.

2. There is a change of date of departure. The departure date is now after

breakfast on Tuesday 26 December 2023, instead of Wednesday 27
December 2023.

With regards to the dates for different activities by different groups,

please refer to the attached Provisional Programme.
3. Please be reminded that the Youth Programme will commence at 14h00
on Thursday 21 December and be concluded at 17h00 on Saturday 23
December 2023. All saints are encouraged to participate in all services.
