It is a folk festival taking place at Haeundae &
Dadaepo Beach to celebrate Jeongwol Dae-
boreum, the first full moon of the lunar calendar.

sullae (a traditional Korean circle dance), etc.

It is the only festival in Korea that is based
on the traditional culture of fishing villages.

The event is held in a youchae (canola)

The BIFF, held annually at Busan Cinema Cen-
