Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts in Physics / Chemistry /
Mathematics to join our team, working with government school students. As a Subject Matter
Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging educational content and facilitating the
understanding of complex concepts.

Qualifications:

● Professional degree from Premier institutions or Master’s degree in the subject with an
excellent academic record
● Fluent in Tamil
● Ability to solve JEE Advanced level problems in the respective subject
● Prior experience in teaching and content development is desired but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

● Solve JEE Advanced level problems in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics

● Create concept videos and problem-solving videos for NEET / JEE Advanced level
problems
● Develop clear and comprehensive educational materials and resources aligned with
government school curricula
● Break down complex problems into smaller components and guide students through the
problem-solving process
● Collaborate with other educators and professionals to enhance the quality of educational
content
● Adapt to different teaching styles and strategies as needed
● Ensure that educational content aligns with TN SCERT curriculum guidelines
● Continuously update and improve materials based on feedback

Skills and Attributes:

● Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly

● Child-friendly approach to teaching and interaction with students.
● Proficiency in Tamil to effectively communicate with students.
● Dedication to solving JEE Advanced level problems and breaking them down for student
understanding
● Adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively
