HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOUNDATIONS

TENL engages in Civil Engineering Construction works,
Electrical Engineering Works; Surveying & Geo - informatics,
Engineering Services, Property Design and Construction,
Land Information Management, Consultancy and General Contracting.
We are also Estate Developers and Advisors Erosion/Pollution Control
Services, Power Line Surveys. On request, TENL provides
Representative Services to clients on behalf of the manufacturers of
some Engineering Products (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural,
Instrumentation, Chemical, Civil), Oil & Gas, Utility Power and
Petrochemicals)

 THE TEAM
TENL parades a team of highly trained graduate professionals in the Survey &
Geo-informatics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Instrumentation, Process and Computer Engineering. We have one of the best
power Transmission Engineers in our team for rural and urban electrification
projects. We also provide manpower who are highly trained professionals.

personnel. Some of these projects include Gas Turbine Projects (OB/OB NAOC);
NIPP LOT 1, SAPELE, Delta State (2009-2012); NIPP ODUKPANI, Cross River
State (2010-2013); Rivers State Gas Turbine Project, Omoku, Rivers State (2003-
2006); Numerous Building Construction Projects over the years; Etc.

QUALITY POLICY:
TENL operates a Quality
System based on the ISO
9000 Series. The company is

quality requirements of her
clients.

In accordance with the

TENL Quality Policy that
the quality system is to apply
“to all personnel, operations
and activities”, a Quality
Plan specific to each project
is established, maintained
and controlled by the relevant
Project Quality Assurance
Manager or his nominee. The
scope and content of the Q
ualityPlan shall be
determined by the quality
requirements of specific
projects. The plan defines the
quality objectives to be a
t t a i n e d , t h e s p e c i fi c
allocation of responsibilities and authority during all phrases of the project and the
procedures, methods and works instructions to be applied. This document shall also specify
those areas of work that will be subject to audit and review by inclusion of a preliminary audit
schedule. This audit schedule shall be issued as a separate document.
Assessment of effectiveness of the Company Quality System is achieved by planned and
documented audit of all elements of the system. Such audits, scheduled on this basis of
progress and importance of activities, is conducted by trained Quality Assurance Personnel.
Quality Assurance Department Procedures control the auditing activities.
All products and services procured by the company for or on behalf of clients conform to
requirements specified within the relevant contract documents and acceptable International
Standards.
In ensuring that the quality planning and control standards set by the company is maintained,
training programmes for all personnel performing activities affecting quality is identified and
implemented by the appropriate Department Manager, who establishes and maintains
records of this training activities.
