Overview

Project Overview:

The project aims to develop a niche-specific Ecommerce marketplace catering to the KSA market.
The platform will be built using Magento 2 as the foundation and will integrate the Magento 2
Marketplace Multi Vendor Module and the Magento 2 Multi Vendor Mobile App. The marketplace will
focus on a single category and will implement a unique product inspection workflow, ensuring high-
quality products for buyers. The platform will support both English and Arabic languages and will be
initially customized for the Riyadh region with the flexibility for future expansion to cover larger
regions like the entire KSA or the Middle East. The project will involve web and mobile application
development, emphasizing security, scalability, and transparency.

System Design and Architecture

Creating a comprehensive system architecture that ensures seamless integration between

Magento 2, the Marketplace Multi Vendor Module, and the Multi Vendor Mobile App.

Magento 2 Development

Setting up Magento 2 and customizing the platform according to the project requirements,

including UI/UX design, product management, and user registration.

Marketplace Multi Vendor Module Integration

Integrating the module to enable multiple sellers to register, manage their stores, and sell

products within the platform.

Multi Vendor Mobile App Development

Designing and developing native mobile apps for Android and iOS platforms, optimized for

the best user experience.

Multi-Language Support

Implementing language support for both English and Arabic, with an easy language switcher

for users.

Product Inspection Workflow

Designing and implementing a seamless workflow for product inspection, ensuring products

meet the required quality standards before being delivered to buyers.

Secure Payment Processing

Integrating secure payment gateways to facilitate smooth and safe transactions for buyers

and sellers.
