I was very nice to see you at our meeting in London on 20 February. I hope you have a safe
journey home then.
After seeing your representation at our meeting, we are pleased to confirm our decision to
invest in your project we were impressed by the innovation, market potential and proven
track record. Your project is fully consistent with our investment strategy and we believe it
will bring a big profits. Your company will continue to represent us and to promote the full
range of service throughout Europe and the East Asia for five years, with effect from 19
March. During this period , we expect to see an increase of about 12% in the value of
business we do in this region.
The full detail of the payment and the expense are included in the attached agreement. Can
you pleased check this, and if all is in order, sign and return one copy of the agreement to
me.
