Drier Mounting Bracket Installation

1. Install (2) drier mounting brackets onto condenser using a 10-24 x 1 ¼" pan head screw, along with a 10-24 nut
with star washer and a .562 length nylon spacer as shown in Figure 1, below. NOTE: Brackets mount through
the 4th hole on the condenser.

 Top Mounting Bracket Installation
1. Install top mounting bracket onto condenser using (2) 10-24 x 3/8" pan head screws and (2) 10-24 nuts with
star washers as shown in Figure 2, below. NOTE: Bracket mounts through the 7th and 10th holes from the
left side of the front of condenser.

Drier Installation
1. Install drier clamps onto drier as shown. Using (2) 10-24 x 1 ¼" pan head screws, (2) nylon spacers and
(2) 10-24 nuts with star washers, install drier onto drier brackets as shown in Figure 3, below.

1. Using (4) 10-24 x 3/8" pan head screws with (4) 10-24 nuts with star washers, install the bottom condenser
mounting bracket as shown below.

 Hardline Installation
1. Lubricate (2) #6 O-rings (See Figure 4, below) and install the #6 drier/condenser hardline as shown below.
Tighten fittings as shown in Figure 4, below.

 Condenser Installation
1. Install condenser assembly between the front side of the radiator and the back of the hood latch assembly as
shown below.
2. Secure the top mounting bracket of the condenser to the hood latch assembly using a 5/16-18 x 1" hex
bolt, (2) 5/16" flat washers and a 5/16" nylon locknut as shown below.
3. Secure the bottom passenger side of the condenser mounting bracket to the radiator mount using a
5/16-18 x 1" hex bolt, (2) 5/16" flat washers and a 5/16" nylon locknut as shown below.
4. Secure the bottom driver side of the condenser mounting bracket to the radiator mount using a 5/16-18 x 1"
hex bolt, (2) 5/16" flat washers and a 5/16" nylon locknut as shown below.

1. Lubricate a #6 O-ring (See Figure 4, Page 7) and install the #6 drier/core hardline as shown below. Tighten
fittings as shown in Figure 4, Page 7.
2. Install trinary switch onto drier as shown below. Wire according to electric fan wiring instructions.
