Session Title: Cooperation and teamwork.
Session Objectives: At the end of the lesson, learners will be able to:
a. Understand the making decision about sexuality.
b. Educate yourself about different aspects of sexuality, including sexual health, consent,
identity, orientation, and relationships. Knowledge empowers you to make informed
decisions that align with your values and goals.
c. Reflect on your sexual orientation, gender identity, and any other aspects of your sexual
identity that are important to you.
Key Concepts This theme focuses on the journey of self-discovery and empowerment as individuals explore and
define their sexuality. It highlights the importance of authenticity, self-awareness, and
empowerment in making decisions that align with one's true desires and values. The theme
encompasses the challenges and triumphs of embracing one's sexual identity, setting boundaries,
and navigating relationships with confidence and respect for oneself and others.

reflections, encouraging participants to
share their thoughts and perspectives on
authenticity and empowerment in sexual
expression. Emphasize the diversity of
experiences and the importance of
respecting individual journeys.
Progress Monitoring through Reflection 7 minutes Provide participants with writing
and Sharing prompts or discussion questions to
reflect on their own journey of self-
discovery and empowerment in sexual
expression. Encourage them to consider:
