WRITE-UP ON COACHING AND MENTORING

Coaching and mentoring are essential aspects of a teacher's professional

growth and development. Head teachers play a vital role in providing guidance
and support to teachers in their schools.

Dr. Mirasol Domingo offers a wide range of coaching and mentoring

services to us teachers. She provides guidance and support on curriculum
development, classroom management, assessment, and other aspects of
teaching. Dr. Domingo also helps teachers to set goals and develop action
plans to achieve those goals. She also provides ongoing feedback and support
to teachers to help them improve their teaching skills.

In conclusion, Dr. Mirasol Domingos play a vital role in providing

coaching and mentoring to the Science Department/Teachers. Dr. Domingo
offers support and guidance on a wide range of teaching-related issues, and
she gives feedback which is highly valued by teachers. The coaching and
mentoring provided by Dr. Mirasol Domingo helps teachers to improve their
teaching skills, achieve their goals, and ultimately, provide better educational
outcomes for their students.
