LOAN AGREEMENT

This Loan Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on this ___ day of
________, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

Lender:

Mr. Romie Real Jr. Mabini Street, Magugpo South, Tagum City Davao del Norte.

Borrower:

CSMI San Miguel Church, represented by President Alvin A. Beldia and

Pastor Romie M. Real Sr. with church address at Prk. 11B, Brgy. San Miguel,
Tagum City Davao del Norte.

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Loan Details:

1. Loan Amount: Php90,000.00

2. Interest Rate: 2% per Anum
3. Loan Term: 36 months

Repayment Terms:

1. The Borrower shall repay the loan amount, including interest, in equal
monthly installments.
2. The first repayment installment shall be due on the 10th day of the
succeeding month after the loan is released.
3. Subsequent monthly installments shall also be due on the 10th day of
each month.

Loan Disbursement:

The Lender shall disburse the loan amount to the Borrower on _____day of
_____________2023. The Borrower shall receive the full loan amount in a lump
sum on this date.

Interest Calculation:

Interest shall be calculated as fixed interest of 2% from the principal distributed

for the whole duration of the agreed term (36 mos.).
Prepayment:

The Borrower may prepay the outstanding loan amount, in whole or in part, at
any time without incurring any prepayment penalties or fees.

Default:

If the Borrower fails to make a payment for Three (3) consecutive months, the
Lender reserves the right to declare the loan in default and pursue legal
remedies to recover the outstanding amount.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of the Philippines.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and
supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

Amendments:

This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both Parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Loan Agreement
as of the Effective Date.
