INSTRUCTIONS:
1. This grading sheet must contain names of all students in your class arranged alphabetically. Males
separated from females.
2. Grades must be typewritten/ encoded. Please compute grades very accurately. No changes of grades
will be allowed after the grading sheet reached the REGISTRAR’S OFFICE. STRICTLY NO
ERASURES.
3. If a student drops out, indicate the date and reason for dropping.
