Jordan was very positive towards all the students in the classroom. According to her cooperating teacher (CT), Jordan Thomas does a great job at ensuring that
each and every student in my classroom is being set up for success according to their skills and appropriately respecting their expectations.

Jordan respected the confidentiality of her students and did not share any identifying information. She treated each student with fairness by differentiating what
each student would be working on. According to her CT, Jordan takes into account that each student’s files and records are to be kept private and she does
amazing with keeping their personal information confidential.

Jordan has been professional in all her communications to me. She sent in her lesson plan and video of her teaching on time. According to her CT, Jordan promotes
positive behavior strategies and models how she would like the students to interact with each other and environment. She always has a smile on her face and is in a
great mood.

According to her CT, Jordan takes feedback and tips very well, taking them into account and using it for her next lesson. She respects the classroom and working
environment as well as our team members.

and always willing to learn new things to better herself as a teacher

Jordan was lively and engaging during her lesson with her students. According to her CT, It is very clear that Jordan cares about the students and she puts her
heart into everything she does. She is kind and greets students and staff every morning. She helps out the students with whatever they need.

According to her CT, Jordan shows every day that she is willing to put her all into teaching and she is a great candidate for this profession. Jordan is a joy to have in
the classroom and I can definitely see her thriving in the field.
