Jordan was very positive towards all the students in the classroom. According to her cooperating teacher (CT), Jordan Thomas does a great job at ensuring that

Jordan shows respect towards all her students in the video by giving them tasks and questions that are developmentally appropriate for them. She explores their
social needs in her opening by asking each student who is here and what is a way to greet them. According to her CT, Jordan is a great communicator! She works as
part of a team with everyone in the classroom, students included. She brings up great ideas and strategies to team meetings. She has been working hard to build a
relationship with the students in my classroom as well as staff members. The students have really taken a liking to her.

Jordan has been professional in all her communications to me. She sent in her lesson plan and video of her teaching on time. According to her CT, Jordan promotes
positive behavior strategies and models how she would like the students to interact with each other and environment. She always has a smile on her face and is in a
great mood.
