Site engineer
I joined Garud Builders and Contractor pvt ldt company since 6th May 2020 as a site engineer in building
construction. I was offered to join this company on the basis of my talent and self confidence in me. When I
took charge as a site engineer to this company, I was given more responsibility as a site engineer. I had given to
take all the action in field. Carrying all the Supervision of works, managing and controlling the team member,
taking the record of all the works as per daily report, weekly report and monthly report.But somehow it was
challenging for me to handle all the duties at once. Even I am leading all the team member in the field providing
them instruction to work, manipulate and execute it. I faced much more difficulties at work how to do all the
duties at once, providing all the instructions about work. Later I got the ideas about construction work, how lead
team member, how to encourage them for work. One thing I learned in the field that never be panic of anything
whatever situation will come for that stay positive and try to handle the tough situation smoothly and update
yourself with taking ideas from senior. Don't hesitate to ask and take knowledge from others and this helps you
to built up your own status better from others. Although I am much inspiring myself to encourage to develop my
skill and talent in the field so that I can be familier to all types of work done on the field. Mostly I give priority to
complete work within in time according to the requirements it needs. I am also well known of designing, report
 writing, making bills, estimation which I learned by working in construction field. I never felt lazy while working. I
give most priority to my work which makes me well-skilled and helps gaining more information about
construction. As I just want to apply my all skill and talent in construction field.

Site engineer
I started this job 6th October. I worked there for 6 months as a internship. I gain knowledge and technique in
construction field as how to work and what types of work should we do, how can we manage a labour and
supervise, managing all the materials that are required in construction work. Most important thing is that I
learned and gained is that how to give output of work in time by managing all the things in construction field and
complete the work within the given time.
