Marketing End of Week Recap

VISION: Members of the CV Marketing team


send regular end of week (EOW) recaps
to the EVP of Marketing & Revenue.
These reports ensure projects and
priorities are staying on track and help
identify any roadblocks the team
member is facing or any additional
support needed.
COMMITMENT: Each member of the brand marketing
team commits to following the steps
below to submit their end of week
recap to the EVP of Marketing &
Revenue by Noon PT on Saturday of
each week.

1. Open up your CV Gmail


account, and click on
‘Compose’.
2. Fill out the “To” line to
include the EVP of
Marketing & Revenue.
a. CC your Supervisor,
the EVP’s assistant.

3. Fill out the subject line:


[Date] EOW Recap | Last
Name
a. EX: [3.03.2023] EOW
Recap | Larson

4. When ready to complete


the body of the email,
navigate to the ‘EOW Recap
Email Template’.
a. Copy and paste the
contents of this email
to use as a framework
for the report.

NOTE: this template is meant to


be used as a framework. Feel free
to add in information outside of
the four main categories (items
accomplished, priorities,
roadblocks/approvals/questions,
and breakthroughs).

5. Fill out the email in its


entirety with the required
information.
a. Add in as much
information as
needed for the EVP of
Marketing & Revenue
to evaluate where
projects stand within
the department.
b. Once reviewed and
ready, send the email
off. Emails should be
sent by noon on
Saturday of each
week
