- We are going to talk about HL bay which we visited last summer holiday.
- the fox: a bay? I live in a very big forest but I have never seen a bay. Can
you tell me about it.

Ha long Bay is one of the most popular tourist attractions of Vietnam, which
has twice recognized as one of the world heritage sites by UNESCO. This
beautiful bay is known for its scenic karst topography with thick vegetation,
bio-diversity and thousands of wonderful islands. Ha Long Bay is like a
wonderful picture created by nature, including many consecutive caves and
islands, different shapes. Someone says that this place is like something
right out of a movie.

- Halong Bay is a place you need to visit at least once and if you have not
visited Ha Long Bay, you have not yet been to Viet Nam

-the fox: I'm so curious about it. What did you see in Ha Long Bay?ong Bay

-First, I traveled on boats among hundreds of limestone islands and visited

many beautiful caves. Each of them has an interesting name, suggesting
curious to discover such as Thien Cung Cave, Sung Sot Cave, Luon
Cave, Dau Go Cave, Hanh Cave. I like Sung Sot cave the most. The cave is
around 1000 square meters consisting of thousands of stalagmites and
stalactites.
- the fox: Wow! It's so beautiful.
- This is Tuan Chau Island , one of the most exciting islands in HL Bay. It
consists of multiple sloping hills and two man-made beaches with white and
fine sand. The island has many attractions like animal circus club, the
performing-seal club and ornamental fish lake,… It also offers plenty of
activities for tourists such as Jet Ski, sea fishing, and canoes parachute,…We
also visited some fishing villages : Vung Vieng fishing village, Cua Van
fishing village, Ba Hang fishing village. That was my favourite visit because I
can see how the locals live.
- Can you remember what did you do there?

- Ofcouse because Halong Bay is a place where you’ll never run out of
things to do. I had chance to try some activities: swimming, sailing,Taking
an overnight Halong cruise and sunbath. Some other intresting
activities: Taking kayaking, scuba diving but I am not old enough to try.

- wow, I will never forget that time. We enjoyed the natural beauty, try
exciting activities and have an opportunity to taste delicious food special
seafoods.
-Yes, the seafood is freshly caught from the sea and supplied to the boats to
bring the great taste. Here are some of the food specialties of Ha Long Bay
that you should try: Cha Muc (Grilled Chopped Squid), Sam (Horseshoe
crab), Drunken Prawn and Lobster, Oyster, Sá Sùng (Sipunculus Nudus).
-the fox: They seem to be so fresh and delicous. But with me, a fox, chicken
is the most.
- Don't worry because HL Bay is also famous for Tien Yen Hill Chicken.
- My father said that he liked Tien Yen hill chicken with Hoanh Bo rice wine.
-the fox: Did you try that drink?
- That's a kind of traditional rice in Hoanh Bo. But we are children. we are not
old enough to drink it.
- The fox: I can see Ha Long Bay is so clean.
- Yes, Because most of visitors have good manner with the invirontment, they
even take part in the rubbish collecting activities there.
- So remember to protect the environment when you visit Ha Long Bay.
