Please Pay attention to the safety briefing of KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital.

In case of an emergency evacuation, the building is equipped with escape signage leading to the
exit of the building and assembly point.

Emergency exit are located on either side of this building with signage of Exit / “Keluar”. Please
take note of the exit nearest to you. Or you may refer to the ‘Fire Escape Plan’ near you.

Do not Panic if you hear Fire alarm. Stay calm and follow the instruction from the ERT Team
members. Evacuate from the building right after evacuation announcement has been made.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Please ensure you are free from COVID-19 Symptoms and please put on the face mask at all
time while you are in this premise.
