本規例可引稱為《架空纜車 ( 操作及保養 ) 規例》。 These regulations may be cited as the Aerial Ropeways (Operation
and Maintenance) Regulations.
2. 釋義 2. Interpretation
在本規例中，除文意另有所指外 —— In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—

(8) The Director may revoke a certificate of approval issued to
a surveyor, competent person, controller or operator if the
holder thereof has been convicted of any offence under these
regulations.

7. 須備存的紀綠 7. Records to be kept

(1) 掌管架空纜車的合資格的人須備存一份操作工作日誌； (1) The competent person in charge of an aerial ropeway shall

(3) On being requested to do so by the Director, a competent
person shall produce any record kept and maintained by him

time, be approved by the Director.
