I have inherited a company that manufactures frozen lacto-ovo fully vegetarian snacks and

meals made from beans and vegetables; visually resembling and tasting somewhat like non-

vegetarian dishes. Traditionally, the company has been selling to commercial businesses such

as supermarkets and food distributors, and including several restaurants as well, but in minor

quantities.

I have decided to expand the business and open a restaurant at a strategic location based on

analytics from my initial delivery quotas per region – which is the center of the island, where

the major towns are located. This expansion of the business shall provide dine-in readymade

snacks and meals to customers within a cozy setup, reflecting health consciousness, as well as

a delivery service at their doorstep, prompted through an online mobile application.

The concept behind this extension of the business is to provide quick access to our vegetarian

dishes and most importantly, the discovery of their tastefulness and benefits once they have

been prepared by our professional cooks. Our frozen products shall remain available for

purchase at supermarkets at an affordable price, thus enabling consumers to adopt a healthier

lifestyle over time. The delivery part of the business is here to address and compensate the

lack of time to cook within households nowadays.

Our statement of target markets:

"Our target markets are households located across the center of the island, wishing to enjoy

vegetarian dishes either at our cozy restaurant or within the comfort of their home"
Our Competitors statement of target markets:

"Our target markets are consumers who enjoy vegetarian dishes"

Our Value Proposition Statement (2 Lines):

"Eat Vegetarian & Be Healthy"

"You've got the crave. We've got the way"
