I am informing you of an immediate repair that needs to be carried out on one of our elevators.
Please find the details below:

1. CWT Sheave Repair: The CWT (Counterweight) Sheave of C25 RIGHT SIDE requires
immediate attention. It has been inspected this morning and found to be defective,
necessitating repair at a machine shop.
2. Temporary Elevator Shutdown: As a result of the repair, none of the elevators (C25 LEFT
AND RIGHT SIDE) will be operational for today. We apologize for the inconvenience caused
and kindly request your assistance in notifying the building occupants about the temporary
unavailability of elevator services.
3. Repair Schedule: The repair is scheduled to take place this afternoon, and we anticipate that
the elevator on the right side will be fully operational soon after the repair is completed.
Our team is working diligently to ensure a swift resolution.
4. Urgency of Repair: The CWT Sheave defect requires immediate attention to maintain the
safe and efficient operation of the elevator. We prioritize the safety and well-being of the
building occupants and are taking prompt action to address the issue.
