    Subject: Request for the late submission
    Sir/Madam,
    I am writing to request your kind consideration regarding my late submission for the scholarship
    offered by PIO. My name is Tasmin Akter , and my Task Manager ID number is 233 030 312. I
    am currently enrolled in the BA Honours program at Chittagong Independent University.

    The application deadline for the CIU scholarship was 15/02/24. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen
    circumstances, I was unable to submit my application on time. My absence was due to my sister's
    hospitalization, which required my immediate attention and support.

    I kindly request your understanding and ask that you consider my application despite its late
    submission.
