PURPOSE / TUJUAN
The purpose of this procedure is to provide minimum requirements for what
documents must be retained for a given period of time and what information must be
provided in a close-out report.
Tujuan dari prosedur ini adalah untuk memberikan keperluan minimum terhadap
dokument yang harus diserahkan pada periode tertentu dan informasi apa yang
harus disediakan untuk laporan close out.
The scope provides a list of documents that must be maintained during Tripatra Fluor
site activities and retained after site closure.
Tujuan nya memberikan list dokument yang harus dipelihara selama kegiatan
lapangan Tripatra Fluor dan diserahkan setelah kontrak berakhir.

The guidelines for the retention of HSE related documents as required by Corporate
and Australian regulations are detailed below.
The referenced documents should be maintained on the project while the project is
active. Upon closure of the project, the referenced documents should be stored in
Records Management with other project records and documents.
The following information shall be compiled for HSE close-out reports at the
completion of a Fluor project.

The report should have a summary of achievements and awards received in relation
to the HSE performance of the project, and shall be inclusive of dates presented to
the project.
A copy of the final MIER ( Procedure 995 653 8160) should be appended to the report
as a verification document to the statistics being presented within the report body.
The HSE report shall form part of the project close-out report to the client and to Fluor
HSE.
Pada masa permulaan awal suatu project, informasi berikut ini harus dikumpulkan
untuk laporan close out:
Penjelasan secara tertulis harus dilengkapi sehubungan dengan setiap kasus Lost
Time Injury atau insiden terhadap lingkungan yang dialami selama project berjalan.
Penjelasan secara grafik harus dibuat untuk menentukan jenis-jenis cedera yang
dialami seperti cedera mata, tangan ataupun cedera pada kaki.
Laporan itu juga harus memiliki rangkuman pencapaian dan penghargaan yang
diterima sehubungan dengan Performance HES dan harus menampilkan tanggal
penyerahan pada masa project tersebut.
Salinan laporan akhir MEIR( Procedure 995 653 8160) harus dilampirkan pada
laporan sebagai dokumen verifikasi yang ditampilkan pada dihalaman laporan.

Laporan HES harus merupakan bagian darilaporan close out project kepada client
dan Fluor HSE
A project close out plan has been prepared to meet Client, Tripatra and Fluor requirements. This
plan covers return of company assets, demobilization of staff, report preparation and document
retention.
Suatu rencana project close out harus disiapkan sebagai salah satu persyaratan yang dibutuhkan
client. Rencana ini mencakup pengembalian asset perusahaan, pembubaran karyawan, persiapan
laporan dan penyimpanan dokumen.
Sebagai bahan pertimbangan, bisa dilihat pada TF HES Department Project Close Out Plan.
