COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE EARTHING SYSTEM FAILURE

Referring to the above, I would like to make a complaint about the failure of the earthing system installed
within the electrical system.

2. Based on third party technician competent inspection, the reading cannot be obtained precisely.
For 2,000 ohm the result is 376 ohms. For 200 ohms shown and 20 ohm shown no reading. We also noticed
that the size of wire is not in accordance with the specification of Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

3. Thus, I would like to ask for reasonable action to solve the issues in accordance with compulsory
specification detailed Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
