thoroughly reviewed the QHSE Observation Report and have taken immediate action to rectify all
the listed observations. Specifically, all the fencing issues have been addressed to meet the necessary
requirements. In addition, we would like to assure you that regular inspections have been conducted
by Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting L.L.C. to ensure ongoing compliance with the QHSE
standards.

inspections to ensure that all the necessary rectifications have been made in compliance with the
observations
