1. For at least 7 days, log your key activities, the time you spent, and what you felt during that time - which activities gave you a high (energized
and/or engaged), which made you feel low (fatigued and/or frustrated), and which were so-so.
You may also reflect on past activities which did not occur during your data collection period which are quite remarkable either for positive or
negative reasons. We suggest you include these as well, to have a more complete data set.
2. After that analyze your results, by answering the questions in the 'Analysis' Sheet
