    Sub-; Audit objection regarding M/S VIJAY KRISHI KENDRA for the Audit of F.Y.s- 2020-21 to
    2022-23 -reg.

    Para No. 01:- Non payment of GST under RCM on License Fee.

    During the course of examination of the GST records & Financial Records submitted to the
    audit for the FY. 2021-22 to 2022-23, it was observed that you have not paid the GST Under RCM on
    license fee paid to Government. Details of the same are as below:-

    In the above context, you are requested to disburse the GST liability of Rs. 11,889/- along
