    We are please to submit our Design Proposal for your Proposed Serra Residences

    A. Scope of Works:

    1. Preparation of complete construction drawings for the Sanitary Plumbing / Fire


    Protection Design of the above mentioned project conforming to Local Codes.
    2. Submission of five (5) sets of plans and Technical Specfications and five (5) sets of
    specifications signed and sealed for building permit purposes. Printing fee included.

    B. CONTRACT PRICE

    Mechanical System Design Php. 20,000.00


    Sanitary Plumbing System Design Php. 20,000.00

    C . TERMS AND PAYMENT
